I just wanted to say I have to agree with Eoin - you're not showing unless the search is for Pages from Ireland - which is the least used option.
Also, your PageRank is 1/10 for me too, using the Google Toolbar - and I checked your index.php against your URL and it was the same, so no immediate canonical issues.
SERP's will vary for different users and different locations too - they aren't fixed in stone - it is possible for someone in Dublin to get different results than someone in Limerick or even someone else in Dublin and there are a number of important factors for this. Also, any keyphrase using quotation marks will also be easier to show a SERP for but be less likely to be a search term...
To further emphasis on what Eoin is saying is that if you take a proper, full, comprehensive SEO programme, your SEO should be picking the most relevant, highest volume search words. If you put in a search phrase and there is very few results, you can take it to mean its not very competitive - so it can be said that a high, natural SERP is easier to obtain.
But the key is to go back to the search volume data - and to rank for what people actually search for - thats good SEO.
